I have been wanting this fragrance for quite some time now. Wasn’t easy to come by. Even the bigger stores in Mumbai didn’t seem to have it in stock. Luckily, I found Berlywud through an old fashioned google search.
And what a find it has been! From the word “go”, Damanpreet has proven himself to be so helpful and courteous and professional, that working with him, it was easy to make a new friend.
Now, on to the scent itself: For anyone who has tried Amouage’s Beach hut man - this fragrance shares some similarities, especially in the opening. You get a definite punch of mint/basil in the opening and it dries into a nice Smokey, incense-y, sweet, kind of leather base with hints of iris. I remember describing it to a friend that it seemed like Amouage wanted to create an evening version of Beach hut man.
The price seems better than the competition.
